PASSENGER CAR AND LIGHT TRUCK LIMITED WARRANTY

This warranty is valid on all passenger car or light truck tires purchased from us as follows:

  1. OUR RESPONSIBILITY DURING THE FIRST 15 DAYS
    If any passenger car or light truck tire proves to be defective in material or workmanship within the first 15 days, you may return it with this warranty and proof of purchase.

  2. OUR RESPONSIBILITY LATER THAN THE FIRST 15 DAYS
    If the tire proves to be defective in material or workmanship, return the tire with this warranty and proof of purchase. This limited warranty is made for the exclusive benefit of the Original Purchaser only and is non-transferable. 

  3. L.A. ALIGNMENT & TIRES INC. shall not be liable for any consequential or incidental damage including, without limitation, loss of time, loss of revenue, or damage to property, arising in connection with the sale, use, or inability to use the tire beyond the repair, refund, or replacement provided herein.This limited warranty is subject to and limited by each and all of the General Conditions described below. All claims must be made for the exclusive benefit of the Original Purchaser and must be made at L.A. ALIGNMENT & TIRES INC. store during normal working hours with this warranty and proof of purchase.
